Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern, spacious, well-decorated, and spotlessly clean, offering a lovely-sized bathroom. The service exceeded my expectations with extremely friendly and professional staff. The location was superb, within walking distance to various attractions and restaurants. The dining experience was good, although ordering through the waitress felt a bit bureaucratic. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel offers very spacious and satisfying rooms that are super clean. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, making the stay pleasant. The location is superb, within walking distance of the waterfront and with views of Table Mountain. The dining experience is delightful with delicious and filling breakfast options. Overall, a great value for money choice with excellent facilities.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms but some minor drawbacks. The service was exceptional, especially from Oncemore, Heather, and Langton, although there were delays in responses to our requests. The location was convenient, within walking distance of major attractions, but with a few issues that could be improved. The breakfast offered was of high quality, but could have more variety. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for enhancement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to restaurants and the waterfront. The room exceeded my expectations with a huge bed and spacious bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience memorable. However, the lack of a view from the central location was a slight downside.
The hotel was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with super friendly staff and great rooms, allowing me to load up on the excellent Pinot Noir the restaurant serves without any worry about the long drive home. The room was a bit small but comfortable. The dining experience was perfect, but the selection was limited. The location is close enough to V & A Waterfront, but there are some safety concerns highlighted by the staff. Overall, it was a sweet experience, even though some areas need attention.
While the welcome treat and bottled water were a nice touch, the lack of DSTV and some missing amenities in the room were disappointing. There were challenges with the room temperature and furniture, needing improvement. The service had its highs and lows, from a friendly check-in experience to unprofessional behavior like letting staff off early without notice. The location stands out for its proximity to key attractions and safety, although some clutter may be off-putting. The dining options were praised for their variety and timing, but a few misses were noted. Overall, a stay with potential but room for improvement.
